Consumed digital service
Generation credits and completed digital outputs are generally non-refundable once used, except where required by law or where a verified service failure prevented delivery.
Service failures
If a paid generation repeatedly fails because of AI Videoly infrastructure and no usable output or automatic credit restoration is provided, contact support with the job ID for review.

Use the Contact page and include the account email, payment date, amount, and relevant job or invoice identifier. Do not send full card details.
