Output settings

Clips merge in list order with audio preserved and crossfaded during transitions.

Speed depends on your device. Use lower resolutions for long videos.

Processing and output

Clips are normalized to the selected resolution and 30 fps. Silent clips receive a silent audio track.

Does my video get uploaded?

No. Selected video, audio, subtitles and fonts are processed in this browser. They are not submitted to a video processing server.

What settings does Merge Videos with Transitions offer?

Clips are normalized to the selected resolution and 30 fps. Silent clips receive a silent audio track.

Why is a video shorter after merging with transitions?

Transitions overlap adjacent clips. For example, three 10-second clips with two 0.5-second transitions produce about 29 seconds rather than 30. Hard cuts do not add this overlap.

Can I merge clips with different dimensions or no audio?

Yes. The clips are fitted into a shared output size and normalized to 30 fps. Aspect ratios are preserved with padding, and silent clips receive silence so later audio remains aligned.

Can I process large files on a phone?

Modern browsers are supported. Combined inputs are limited to 300 MB on desktop and 100 MB on phones or low-memory devices, with lower default output resolution. Merge up to 8 clips. Short clips work best; transitions, compression and conversion can take time.
